Birdhouse

Alise and I decided to build a birdhouse together a few days ago. She has been noticing some birdhouses around town and always has to comment on them. I decided that instead of just throwing out my small scraps of wood that I had, I would embark on a woodworking project with my daughter. We cut out the wood together, glued it, filled in the gaps with wood putty, sanded it, and then painted it. Alise is very proud of her birdhouse. She says it is "so beautiful."
