Being how Christmas is right around the corner, we took the yearly trip up to Knox Canyon to retrieve our tree. The kids and dog had a blast hiking and sledding. For some strange reason, I thought we should go further than we ever have before to find that perfect tree. Unfortunately, we found a great one about a mile from where the road ends, so we had a long drag back to the truck.

We got a larger tree and cut part of it off to use for the wreaths and railings. You can see the second half of the tree in the background.
