Our house

Well, we have an accepted offer on the home. The inspection is scheduled for tomorrow, and barring a major problem we are committed to paying for it. We are hoping to get moved in around the middle of October. We are excited to be able to unpack all of our stuff into our own house soon. We are also excited to be able to do whatever we want to the home without having to ask permission. Now all we have to do is figure out what to do first. We are talking about changing out the windows first, but we will have to see how much that costs. We would also like to get the master bedroom finished in the basement before the new baby comes. We are planning on having a master bedroom with a walk in closet and private bath, a laundry / storage room, a guest room, a play room, and a half bath in the basement. On the main floor we want to take out the window in the dining room and install either a sliding door or french doors. We also want to take out the wall that divides the kitchen from the dining room and turn it into a bar. If we have any money left we are going to redo all the cupboards.
