After we had the fire, Alise started begging me to let her sleep outside. I caved to peer pressure and set up the tent while Jenny was bathing the kids. The only problem was that the kids took a long time to settle down. Zadik fell asleep around 9:30, but Alise kept asking questions until around 11:30. She wanted to know what was making every sound she heard. Alise slept great once she fell asleep. Zadik, on the other hand, was a pain in the butt. About every 20-30 minutes he would kick off his sleeping bag and try to sleep with nothing covering him. It was a little too cold for that, so I had to continually fight to keep him covered up.
Today Alise and I went fishing. Idaho allows for one day where anyone can fish without having to buy a license. Since today was that day, we decided to go. We went to a place that has around 8 man made ponds that are supposed to be stocked with fish. The ponds were stocked, but with people instead of with fish. We spent around two hours at one pond with no luck whatsoever. Alise was getting bored, so we moved to another pond. The second pond was out of the way, so it only had 2 other groups of people fishing in it. We did manage to catch one fish in that pond. I hooked it and Alise reeled it in. It was pretty small, but Alise would not let me throw it back. She was adamant that we keep it so we could show mommy and then eat it for dinner.

Hey Byram,
The fire pit looks great. Wish we were there to make some s'mores with you guys. Nice truck, too. Good vehicle to take on a fishing trip.
