Alise's Birthday

Alise's birthday isn't until this coming Tuesday, but we had her party on Saturday.  She invited a bunch of people, and about a third of them showed up.  They played a game where they had to transfer marshmallows from one bowl to another bowl while blindfolded; a game of pin the bow on Hello Kitty; had a treasure hunt; broke a pinata; and ate pizza, cake, and ice cream.  They all seemed to have a blast, especially Alise.
This is the Hello Kitty pinata Jenny made.
The Hello Kitty cake I made.  Alise made up the cake mix, I piped the frosting.

Alise really liked her cake!
Getting ready to light the candles.

For Alise's birthday party at school, Jenny and the kids made Hello Kitty cake pops.  They turned out really good.  Alise's teacher could hardly believe Jenny had made them.
